5.1 Pricing: We strive to provide accurate pricing information on our website, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of pricing information. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

5.2 Payment: We accept payments through the methods specified on our website. Payment information is handled securely, but we are not responsible for any issues related to third-party payment processors.

5.3 Delivery: We use Royal Mail as a trusted delivery partner and allow for worldwide delivery. In the event of disputed deliveries we will open a support case with Royal Mail which will be subject to their processes while the case is investigated and until it is resolved. At no point will a refund be offered until an open support case is completed, or the delivery SLA for the service has expired,

5.4 Lost or Returned Orders: In the event of items lost in the post, a new delivery will be dispatched once Royal Mail has accepted the claim made under the postage insurance. Should Royal Mail or any international delivery partner return an item to Strawbyte Workshop, for any reason (including under a CN-15 return notice), the order will be cancelled. The cost of the goods will be refunded minus the postage costs incurred. You will be responsible for placing a second order if you continue to want to recieve items from us.

5.5 Refunds: Before goods are shipped you are free to cancel the contract and expect a full refund, You may do this by contacting workshop@strawbyte.com and quoting your order number. Once, shipped, refunds will be given for returned goods. You are responsible for covering the cost of a return.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Content: All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and videos, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License: You may access and use our website for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from our content.
